POSITION SUMMARY:
The banquet cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the prime rib, fry, side dish, banquet, and other stations of the kitchen, as well as monitoring of cooking times to ensure that all items sold are as fresh as possible.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets up stations according to company guidelines.
  • Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant to maintain quality and control costs.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for carrying radio and porting keys; operate company vehicles/carts.
  • Be outgoing and interact positively with guests and fellow employees.
  • Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of windows, windowsills, bathrooms, storage locations, in/out of buildings, and sweeping boardwalks.
  • Inform guests about the events and all that we have to offer throughout the parks.

POSITION SUMMARY
Supervises the Food & Beverage operations for the company. Assists in all management operations, including scheduling, billing, training and control. Operates according to established procedures and standards. 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate food service between kitchen, banquet and all service staff
  • Inspect all physical set up requirements and ensure the Banquet Event Order (BEO) is followed; including review and implementation of seating diagrams
  • Enforce company rules, regulations and policies
  • Monitor all beverage consumption and address issues of intoxication
  • Adhere to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards
  • Control transfers and stock inventory

POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure overall operation, safety, and facility upkeep of properties, possess great customer service skills, and encourage and motivate fellow employees.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be outgoing and interact positively with guests and fellow employees.
  • A key part of cleaning, operation, and facilities across different properties.
  • Assist with radio calls as needed.
  • Informing guests about the facility and all that we have to offer throughout the parks.
  • Enforce all safety regulations and stay current with all safety rules and procedures property wide.

  • Assist with set-up and take down of events as needed.

  • Assist with overseeing SDS (safety data sheets), and safety inspections throughout facilities.
  • Perform necessary general maintenance landscaping duties in all assigned areas located within Rawhide Event Center and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park, including areas on/near adjacent roads, business parking lots.
  • Perform landscaping clean-up duties requiring use of chain saws, weed eaters, trimmers, rakes, motorized hand trimmer and other hand/power tools.
  • Application of pressure wash/hose areas of all properties.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and carts.
  • Assist with monthly organization of cleaning and properly storing items in the storage shop, organize tools, racks, inventory of parts, supplies.
  • Coordinate & work with facilities maintenance staff on plans, and project development goals and business entities within the project development.
  • Perform other duties, although not outlined, as directed by management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in janitorial/facility maintenance industry.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working in janitorial/facility maintenance industry.
  • Over the age of 21.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop and effectively solicit new sales prospects and former clientele for facility rentals, catering services, concessionaire services, banquets and sponsorships in accordance with venue business objectives for profitability, sales volume and penetration of targeted market segments.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacts prospective and current customers to solicit sales of company products and services.
  • Manage and oversee large scale events’ hospitality needs, concessionaire service and outside vendor relations.
  • Receives customer inquiries, and performs follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product /service information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services.
  • Follows up promptly with sales leads generated through incoming calls, marketing campaigns and other promotional efforts.
  • Travels to customer locations to present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner.
